LOL. Sorry, but it's funny As a veteran dev I can tell there is no partial functionality It either works or it's glitch. And it seems you just need more time to fix the problem. I just hope it's not Hadoop. I'm really hoping devs & admins will sort things out so we may enjoy playing this great game.

The service I pay for has been unavailable for 7 hrs, and the only response from staff is " have a coffee and stop acting like a 4 yr old, obviously you are not a European "

Then we have the lame excuse that the developers, wait for it, " had to get out of bed on a Sunday "

If you run an internet business 24 hrs a day, 7 days per week then start running it like one.

What we have here is the best strategy game on the internet since years (and years to come) for players who love strategy, but it is indeed not flawlessly organized.

It probably would be if it was 100% P2P, like the gazillions of would-be strategy games out there, but then it wouldn't be a good strategy game anymore.

Concerning the non-European behaviour (excluding 4yr olds), I would be happy to have a private conversation about that, but not here.

Please remain civil in the forums. We understand that the games have been down for an unacceptably long time. The Developers are still working on the issue, though we still cannot give you any accurate ETA for final re-launch.

Same problem here, still can't enter the game.

Just keep calm guys, as Oso said, the developers are working the issue and whenever they're done the games will be up, just be patient, give them a moment.

Worst consequence of this: we will all get not 5k gold, but 10k or 20k .... heck, this was bad, so maybe 50k?

and that thus means that I ... and many of you too ... will be facing hordes of mad players on our maps, who had already been subdued, but ... now suddenly have a combined fortune in gold to spend to bring you down

The game is still offline, we cannot log in, 8 hrs now

It's like saying you are a partially pregnant, its either fixed or it's still busted

The exact compensation is still to be determined, and I do not want to say anything that will be twisted into a promise, but it should be decent compensation for your lost time in the game.
