not
just practising for if and when it goes live again
Hi!
I woke up at 7AM (UTC + 2) and I have tried to enter to my games without success... after 7 hours the game is still not working.
It is a database issue or some intership student has made an update?
I know that in either case it would not last more then 1-2 hours. I know it's Sunday near Christmas.
I think this - what happened to the server - is not a problem, it's a result. I have played the game for 7 days, but there are so much bugs. I realised it's a Beta version, but it is selled as a finalized product. Nowadays, Product Owners would make an empty page with a single button : donate.
Hello everyone
yea, just leave the game! right?costa212 wrote:
Hello everyone
I think that compensation should not be too high will be only a few hours of play.take the opportunity to rest a little more.Good Sunday to everyone
Well at least now i'm getting a message when i try to start the game. It says 'game xxx is currently unavailable or does not exist anymore.'
Scary.
At least one of my games is online
its unfair to just give gold to everybody.. i know it would take time, but the more gold a player purchased, they should be compensated more
One game is online, that's good so far..the others are giving a message that they dont exist..errorr...
all mine are back up
The serves have been restored, and are currently operational.
Same here. If my game is really gone, I would be expecting a refund of the actual cash I wasted on this game, not game "gold".
How do we contact someone from the company, not just moderators?
absolute joke not long been playing this game wont be wasting anymore money on it
File a bug report, as normal. The Game operator can direct you to the right person, from there.

Well, here is my take. Yes, I too have paid A LOT of money to play this game. YES, it sucks that the game is down after paying many 100's of dollars to play it. However, there is not a damned thing I can do about computer issues in Germany. However, I also agree with the masses that giving out 5,000 gold is not NEARLY enough compensation for the repeated service outtages. I am very confident that the same people who developed this game, and did so to build a deep and loyal customer base, will find a way to do the right thing and really go above and beyond to show their appreciation for their customers.
In the meantime, there is nothing that I can do about it. It is Christmas season. My life does not revolve around this game. Perhaps I shall go and find something else to do until the game comes back online.
Thank you. While the developers are swatting bugs and getting this awesome game back up and running, please share this as an example of how to talk to your customers when you are not delivering the service they are paying for.CzarHellios wrote:
Greetings,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Issues beyond our control sometimes occur in regards to our Data centers, and we have genuinely been working on trying to expand our Servers, patch up existing issues, and make the game a overall more enjoyable experience.
Due to it being the Holidays, a Sunday, and among other things, it took us a bit longer. The Developers are hard at work trying to fix it. And we are trying to make sure everything stays enjoyable. The game is simply expanding at a rapid rate, and we are being forced to take measures well before they were expected to be taken.
Once again, sincere apologies for all the trouble. We are working hard to fix it.
In the meantime, please be respectful, kind, and appropriate. Stay on topic, and do not post hateful comments. We are all human beings trying to enjoy a fun game. We can all be civil and polite about it, as well.
(obligatory multiple smiley faces so nobody thinks Im SUPER PISSED. Because Im not.
Of everyone posting here, your opinions have been clearly stated. Repeatedly. Maybe you should take a break._Pontus_ wrote:

response from staff is " have a coffee and stop acting like a 4 yr old, obviously you are not a European "My simple opinion: I still prefer the less than optimal (I agree to that) running of the business and game, to the perfectly running worthless US-Chinese money trap P2P games.Sulamon wrote:
If you run an internet business 24 hrs a day, 7 days per week then start running it like one. What we have here is the best strategy game on the internet since years (and years to come) for players who love strategy, but it is indeed not flawlessly organized.
It probably would be if it was 100% P2P, like the gazillions of would-be strategy games out there, but then it wouldn't be a good strategy game anymore.
Concerning the non-European behaviour (excluding 4yr olds), I would be happy to have a private conversation about that, but not here.
Im in, they are up. Plz give the developers a hug. I also lead development on a platform for my company and that platform has an average budget of 1 million + USD. I get it aint easy. Thx for making it happen.
Will there be an rollback?
I'm in aswell and i can't see a rollback, so i don't think there'll be one. the global chat doesn't work for me tho
