Server Issues Thread 27/12/2015: Fixed
The issue has been found to be with the launching of the games, so for the moment it is advisable NOT to close open games, as you may not be able to reopen them.
The Moderator team has contacted and informed the Devs of this issue

We are finding the error in map launching [if you have your map open in another tab KEEP it open!]

In my months of playing this game(Today it has been 6 months), I have hardly have seen any server crashes. Its not so common, its just with all the work updating this game as of late.

the temporary problem with map launching has been fixed.
it is being watched very closely and this topic will be used if the issue reoccurs tonight.

seams to be back up
what was the issue?
and for the newer players
I have been playing this game a rather long time I guess
there was a power outage in the city they host from a few weeks ago
and then this kind of server crash
has just happened a few times in the last month
other than that hasnt happened that much
yea its annoying and yep I lost a lot, but it is being worked on, and well as far as I know its cos of the large additions

It is back up but now ALL my intel of enemy troops has disappeared...that stuff which I spent money on about 1 hour ago.
Why is it gone? Surely the loading issue shouldn't change things like that.

This game is still new and very complicated. I can't imagine the number of database transactions that occur in an hour! Consider yourself a beta player, the company is rewarding us (no matter the amount) for our inconvenience and nothing more. I am happy we get something.
There is no need to be critical here, the company does want to succeed so it can only get better!

Well I did reveal all armies about an hour ago and never had this problem before, everything has completely disappeared where as before it has remained even if it becomes 'out of date' information. Now completely blank
