Close your game, empty your browser cache and then log back into your game. Something in your browser's cache doesn't jive with what the server has, and so the server is squawking at you.

server state different than client
Game loads but can't move troops. Everytime you try to move ... the above error box pops up. game #1895877

Try switching to Chrome or Firefox.
Free Time looks good on me
