Servers Down?

This started approximately 1-2 hours ago for me, so around 1-2 PM Mumbai Time.

I cannot even open the game, just sits on the loading screen.. definitely a server update? I thought I may have been banned

Does anyone report the servers not lagging or is this a universal problem?

If it is an update, then why does the game load? And normally is says something along the lines of "the game is currently being updated/rebooted/down", right?

Finally managed to get into 1 of my games after 3 hours of trying them only to find my forces in ruins. The time stamps of the notifications show that they happend while I could not get in. So some people are able to get in with no problems thus wrecking the games for the others who cannot. Totally disgusted b y this.

Also bug that seems unrelated, I assume is part of the server down thingy, but I'm going to report it because it's hilarious, look at this:

I cannot load into the game. Our alliance ranks are not displayed properly. I am guessing CoW servers are under some from of maintenance.

Has the company said anywhere what the problems and how long they expect servers to be down?

Is this actually a server update issue? My game still not loading...

The games are still running as I keep getting text alerts about completed research. I cannot find anything from the company saying what is happening. They should reset the games back 24 hours.

Has there been any word yet for when the servers will be back up? I tried to join an hour ago and the game was stuck in a perpetual loading screen.

They are still down...I just tried...this is just bad considering this is a real-time game

only one of my game can be entered and the troops receive command very slow

If it helps, when I refresh it gives me follow error:

502 Bad Gateway

nginx

My best guess, is that it is a hardware problem. Bad modem or part in server.

Will take them some time, to pin point the problem.
