I have issues also.
I can get the CoW Home web page okay but attempt to access my running/in progress game and it simply opens up a new CoW Home web page.

Servers Down ?
From the past 2-3 hours, i am experiencing server error 402 and game could not be loaded. Can somebody please help ?

Known issue, they should be back up.

Happens for me occasionally, usually just wait 15 minutes and retry if retrying doesnt work right away, always assumed this was due to updates etc.
