Give it another hour, hopefully it will be back online.

Are the serves down? I cannot join any of my games as they are stuck in the loading game. It is not a connection problem as I can use other website. I tried to reload the page, close the game and close the browser while clearing the cache. Nothing worked. What is going on?
Update from game staff:
At this time there is a server problem, indeed. The developers are aware of it and are working (overtime) to get things working again. Please be patient, they are doing their best to fix it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this is causing our users.

It has actually been a very long time since the servers went down last as far as I can recall so relax and wait for the guys to get them back up and running

How dare are you? This is an exceptional case when players, who have poor control over troops and indicate long lists of routes, get a phenomenal advantage over those who are used to keeping everything under control and using their brains to avoid stupid and unnecessary losses. This is the best day of all fools (pretty funny, cos 1st April was yesterday). I'm furious. Luckily I closed almost all the rounds this week.
Patience padawans, in time it will all be clear [and up and running]

Would it be possible to freeze the maps and continue after an announced point in time? To my impression this might avoid all this troublesome problems with troops running wild.
Would be great and fair
Yes, that was exactly what I was thinkinghelmuth.moltke wrote:

Completely agree. I endorse this way of resolving this problem.helmuth.moltke wrote:

I just got into the game loving it. Even spent some cash. But then an update and soon after nothing works.
1- Am I going to get credit for the down time?
2- Are the days progressing so my builds will be done when it is back up?
3- How will I know when the problem is fixed?
#3 is the big strategic question. I'm in (and starting) battles all over the place and if I am not there to direct them it will be a lot of wasted time and money.
Are you suggesting that they take burp pictures of the game database periodically and recover back to a chosen point before the failure to restart the game at; sans the new updates?
Hi all,
First of all thank you for your patience. We are experiencing very slow server responses in all our games after a hotfix release at 8pm CET (3 hours ago).
We are still investigating the issue. It could be back up any minute, but nothing I can say for certain. A team of developers is working on the problem.
Games continue to run even if they appear slow and are hard to reach.
After we know how long the problems persist we will see if we compensate any premium spending in the last hours.
Sorry for this, we are doing our best to be up and running soon.
Thanks for the update (no pun intended haha)
i think the corona virus has hit the computers.
If the games/site use anything tied to GitHub, I know they have been having issues today.
Can't wait for everything to be fixed!
Please reset the clock by 3 hours at least in the game because weird things have happened. ThanksZarathustra wrote:

Frontline Pioneers should be able to access the Beta server games, or am I the only one who can
