Yes... even when i look to the others players stats, they always show me lev.1... i have cleared all browsing data and the same problem... so? what is the solution? is kinda bad not knowing what level is some one...

service record wiped
Why has the issue with service record and rank not been addressed. I cannot join any 'decent' games due to my lvl122 status not being registered on my stats.
When this game introduced commandoes (some years ago) most games went to hell, I believe it took several months to smooth out the issues, please don't tell me that this new and growing issue will take as long to remedy.

the rank issue is unsolvable with the current system.
the plan is to replace ranks with a new entitlement system, needless to say, that will be based on patronage.

The new system is in place now, so there shouldn't be any resets anymore.

still seeing fishy stats, for example one player has joined 1 game and has 6 coalition wins!

lost 5 lvls, stats shows sometimes, didnt record the last archievements - so my conclusion is nothing has changed apart that you lost lvls and you can see those stats more often perhaps.
