Shared Intel stopped working

Hi. I am unable to share intel with a coalition member. We were able to last week. Then it stopped when his premium membership lapsed. However, he renewed, and it's not working now for me. I've logged out and logged back in again, and tried on both the browser and steam version but no shared intel.
