Ships Do Not Return Fire
Recently, my BB and DD were guarding Gibraltar. They numbered 4 BB and 5 DD. While I was away, they were attacked by an enemy flotilla 3-4 BB and around 4-5 DD. When my BB were attacked, they did not return fire and were all sunk while the enemy got away scot-free. This is not the first time it has happened. If it is not a bug it is most definitely an issue.

What were the levels of both Battleship groups? Because the level 4 ships have greater range than the level 3s.
