I created ships in Izmir and after the first Destroyer was done it would not take orders and leave the harbor, same thing happened with the 2nd destroyer and an additional cruiser.
They are all stuck and don't move, they also can't be split and move independently, it looks as if they go but they are stuck in the harbor.

If you submit a ticket in the game (press the gear icon, then the bug button) then a Game Operator will be alerted and will be able to logon to your game and release the stuck units. (Game operator has certain admin powers in the maps)
What gear icon? where is that?
