Same problem with me. Some new ships will move, however I have two games where a sub (Sweden) and battleship (UK) are stuck. Can't move em, can't attack. Nada.

Ships will not move
In the attachment from game 1,289,868 you will see the ships offshore from Kiel. If I click and drag or click and use march or attack, I cannot tell them where to go. No line appears for your route.

Same problem, in Game 1,290,553... battleship that will not respond to any commands.
