Solutions to common problems: chat scroll bug

A frequent complaint about the in game chat box scrolling back to the top of the messages can be resolved in just a few simple steps.

This is caused by there not being enough space for all of the "tabs" to display when the unread message indicator changes. That bumps the tab to another line, and refreshes the window to the top.

To keep this from happening I like to make the chat window fairly wide, like this:

Although most times just a small adjustment in the window size is all that is needed.

If that doesn't completely resolve the issue, then follow these steps.

1) Close all Call of War windows

2) Clear browser Cache

3) Close and restart browser

And then adjust your chat window size again.
