SP AA Level 4 - German
The picture for level 4 in the German tree is an Ostwind but the unit is labeled as Wirbelwind.
The Wirbelwind had 4 guns on its turret -- four 2 cm Flakvierling 38 L/112.5 -- while the Ostwind had a single 3.7 cm FlaK 43.
However, all of these [including the Mobelwagon, current level3] were considered interim solutions.. Why couldn't the Ostwind be level 3 and the Kugelblitz be level 4, if we're going to stop at level 4?
The Kugelblitz had the first fully-enclosed AA turret.

It's a bug of image that doesn't matter much, there are major errors in which developers are working.
