Spammer filling newsapaper with link to hackers web site

In 1 game we have a anon player spamming the newspaper (60+) posts with a link to a hacker webpage,he has also send all the players a message with the same link how can we stop or report him?

Report directly from your map using the menu in the lower right corner. Bug report / player report.
