Speed round upgrade time

Something small: during speed rounds, when upgrading units, in the confirmation window, the time required is divided by the speed factor twice.

For example:

in a 4x speed round, when the original time would be 4h (and thus at this clock speed it will be 1h), the time required is reported as 15m.

After "OK", the correct time is displayed and used again.
