Spelling and Grammar checks: Ongoing thread

Hello everyone, just to get some checks done on the English version, just post here if you see some spelling or grammar issues, and I'll tabulate a growing list.

Don't forget to also post if the issue has been resolved, and I'll amend the entry accordingly.

(For simplification, both american and british versions of spelling are applicable.)

Map:

-It says "Gulf of Finnland"

-"Sidni Ifni" in Morocco, should be "Sidi Ifni"

Research:

-Mechanized Infantry "... It is as well the fastest..." -> "It is not just the fastest" or wtte

-Battleships "...protection against submarines to operate successful." - Successfully

World Herald Announcements

Dunno if it fits, but the SPAA and SPA are mixed up, so the first SPA is the M13 MGMC (And all are wrong) and the second and beyond SPAA are the Bishop, so those should probably get fixed at some point.

The in-game Quick Info tab incorrectly advises:

"Control at least 50% of the VPs to win the round".

This is being passed along in chat; should be "64%"

IMHO, I think it ought to be 67% or two thirds.

I know it's not a typo issue, I just think it should be two thirds for a fair play victory.

It seemed like such a waste to destroy an entire battle station just to eliminate one man. But Charlie knew that it was the only way to ensure the absolute and total destruction of Quasi-duck, once and for all.
The saying, "beating them into submission until payday", is just golden...pun intended.

In the World Map, in Argentina, it says 'Mar del Plata', and it should be 'Mar de Plata'.

The past is a foreign country.

I would like to note the issue i reported is still there. Sheesh these guys are bad at replying and dealing with bugs. Community feedback is not there strongpoint

Adding this here.

Just want to mention Yarmuth in Nova Scotia Canada is actually Spelled "Yarmouth". Also Saint John Newfoundland is "St John", Not "Saint John" as that would be in New Brunswick a totally different place.

Hope that helps the game and its authenticity.

In the newspaper, it says "The Finish city...." and should be "The Finnish city...." or "The Greather Finnish city....". News is of course about Greater Finland.

Okay, at the moment I'm preparing a list for our translators. That will take some time, if you have any more typos, translations issues: please collect them here until tomorrow, 13:00h Berlin time please. And if possible, give me the whole sentence, not just the part that's wrong (otherwise it will take the translators ages to find it in the system). Ta!

On the map it shows the target type for when you have multiple type of specialized (AT have an armour tag, interceptors have the air tag, destroyers show up the sub tag etc.)

I guess it's just to make it easier to know if your stack has the right stuff at a quick mouse over?
