Stock Market Bug: Buying / Selling

Hello!

When selling for a profit surplus rare minerals, my quantity (country's stock) didn't go down and remained the same. However, the sale was accounted for and did not deduct the appropriate amount of rare minerals.

As a result, my country profited and kept the rare minerals.
