It has been happening more and more and I realized this is a transaction bug. I make a purchase in the market, the money gets subtracted from me, but goods (metal, oil, you name it) amount does not increase.
I noticed this several times lately, but no in the map no. 5810823 I saw clearly, that this is not a stuck transaction function "only" that would be resolved by reloading window, but a really corrupt transaction, i.e. player pays up but gets nothing in return.
I do not think it is related, but lately I also noticed that when grabbing gold for watching ads on mobile, instead of watching 5 ads and getting 5 rewards, I have to watch 7 or 8, because some creenings do not get registered.
Both of these make me quite frustrated in the game, which I like and have played for a long time.
Please have a look into it.

Personally, I have not experienced the transaction glitch, but I have experienced the mobile ads glitch.
When I watch the ad the first time, it adds the gold to my account, but it will not let me progress to the next "tier" and will instead force me to watch a second ad in order to progress. Don't know if this is by design, but hope the devs can fix this!
Where can I get such a card? I registered myself on Binance not so long ago. I want to invest in some cryptocurrencies my cousin recommended to me. It is tough to get over their security systems.
