First thing if your browser is taking you in circles is to clear your browser cache. If you can load the game you can switch back to desktop using the menu in the lower right corner of the game, then the settings gear, and there is a "switch to desktop" button
If you can't get the game to load you can clear your cookies and that will get rid of the cookie that is making it use mobile mode.
