I've taken over 5 countries since these "crates" came out. I haven't seen one yet.

Supply crates on Share Map allies (AI)
I understood that this wasn't supposed to happen

They only work on the maps that are created after the fix date; and they show up in neutral/hostile territory, they arent supposed to spawn in Friendly territories.
