Hello,
The best way for us to help you is if you make a bug report from inside the game whch has had this issue, to do this just go to settings cog (bottom right) and select the "Report a Bug" option. Also you can do this by going to your main Call of War Account, select the footer option "Support and fill out report with game number and reason for report.
