Support forum always goes on when i start the game

For some reason the support forum just turned on when I started the game it keeps going on and on, I filled everything in when i submited it being a bug they said they will reply in 72 hours and they then didn't let me in the game. I play The Steam Version and Browser Versions.

I show that your first support ticket was answered nearly 24 hours ago at this point. Perhaps you should check your email spam/junk folder.
I don't show you as a part of any active games currently. Depending on which link you have saved you could be linking to a game that has ended and no longer exists.
Lets try this:
Open the steam app (not the call of war steam app)
Click the "games" tab
Select the "View games library" line of the menu
Under Call of War, select "play"
And see if this brings you to the proper start page for Call of War.
If it does not please let me know

-VorlonFCW I did all of those instructions when i went on the game list ( Steam ) I Clicked Played and it didnt work. I dont know why it has me on the support forum.
i dont know how am gonna play the game.
