Surveys not awarding Gold

I just finished a 30 minute survey for "Say so for Good - Platinum". I went through the whole thing, and was promised an award of 8,320 gold. It has been 15 minutes, and I have been awarded no gold. How can I fix that?

Annnnnd, Nevermind: it just came in. Of course, as soon as I post, it comes in, lol.

And where does one find this survey, James? I would gladly take 30 minutes to express my opinions in exchange for 8,000 gold units.

It usually says how long time you have to wait, but sometimes you have to wait way longer
