Suspicious activity in a 4x speed world at war game but game nearing end

One user told me "be careful of the person using two accounts" before they lost and were eliminated. Never heard from them again, but a lot of suspicious things are happening in this game, not sure if one user is just good but they seem to take every country in their way with ~1000 casualties only. I don't know how. I reported it but there is no response as of yet and given its Saturday it will take long before am answered. If the game ends, will my report stay or go away?k
