tac bombers disappeared when giving orders right as they finished upgrading

I had 2 tac bombers upgrading from level 3 to level 4. Just as they finished upgrading, I gave them a move order. They instantly disappeared and were gone from the army list as well.
Possibly related to the code to queue the order or when they are changing state due to either vulnerable state or upgrading.
