Situation 1: Air attack of 93 tactical bombers against 9 Tank Destroyers
Attack Result: 1 Tank Destroyer killed, minimal damage on other 8 units.
Really? 93 Tactical bombers against 9 tank destroyers and the best it can do is kill 1 tank destroyer? and drop health by 3% on the group?
So, I tried something different.
Situation 2: Broke up air attack into three 30 tactical bomber groups on 5 tank destroyers
Results: Killed 3 tank destroyers. Remaining tank destroyers at 83% morale for the group of 2 remaining tank destroyers.
Clearly, something is goofy with the mass attack of bombers.
Not so much goofy, just the way stacks work. In this game, the "perfect" stack of TB is 5, as this way you have the most planes with 100% efficiency. After 5, it steadily drops lower and lower. Yours was probably around 1% or something.

Its called SBDE
"State Based Efficiency damage"
Vary's from unit to unit, but large stacks have much lower SBED
Just keep it, between 90-100% and you are grand 
your 93 stacks, would do a lot better, if u divided all them,into groups of 6

I have the same problem. I attacked with 2 tactical bombers against one tank. I'm on my forth attack right now and I've done a total of .7 damage.
