Odd Bug here. Try refreshing the page maybe? Either that or The Province is in revolt against you,which I doubt since you just captured it.

Taking a province that doesnt change sides
Not come across this one before. You capture a province on the way to a province beyond. Newspaper reports you take it but the game map and army bar don't.
Very strange.

When your map doesn’t update you may need to reload the game.
