Most AT guns started off as AA guns just look at the German Flack 8,8cm it was used as a AA gun and AT gun

the anti tank has 1.0 defense
i just saw the anti tank has 1.0 defense even in the lvl 5 anti tank im pretty sure it must be 0.0. because when anti tank crew sees a tactical bomber they would be scared... so the tendency they would run/ hide their anti tank
anti tank has no capability in fighting a fighter / bomber so it should be 0

Many countries have At guns that used to be AA guns. Because AT guns originate as AA guns....
And seeing in ww2 most planes did close strafing runs on inf, tanks, and AT/Artillery guns.
So im not surprised if a AT gun shot HE and destroyed a Fighter strafing them. It would be super hard to but u have heard tanks killing planes why not AT guns

You must think about that a AT unit is not formed only from AT guns, there where some MG and other stuff to protect this unit.
