hello my friends, i have a big issue after the last update of the mobile app, so basically i was playing a large number of players map’s same as speed rounds which has 100 players, in those large maps i had a big issue that when i do anything in the game it changes to the enhanced graphics with it self and it takes long time to load and the game begins to be slow, so i have to change it back to normal again the problem here is that after 1 to 3 minutes this issue happens again and even after that, one day I kept doing this and counting i did it 7 times and after that i got bored. this issue didn’t happen withe me in CLASH OF NATIONS only!

I have enhanced graphics switched off on my phone, and it works fine.
I run 5 maps at the moment, and I haven't noticed it switching back and forth.

i had this issue in all of my phones “iphone 6s, iphone x” and even my iPad, so I think it happens to my account only.

I don't have any issues with my phone. It can be that after the update your phone hasn't downloaded the latest CoW update. I would advise to delete the app and download it again so that you have the latest version. If that didn't help then fill in a bug report and switch off the enhanced graphics in the meantime.

This issue is under investigation by the developers. Unfortunately I don’t have any timeline on a fix at the current time.

to help out, ive notice this problem happens expecially on heavy info maps (50/100) or late game maps (22 on day 60)
seems like the amount of units it loads crashes the system, this is my assumption, im only sure of when it happens

Sadly this issue is quite complex and is not something that can be resolved quickly. It will take quite some time to identify the issue and fix it.

i’ve got sick of this, and the game, i have never enjoyed a single minute in the game, this is the last map i’ll play, then i will leave the game, it’s hard to try to move on with a problem happens every second to you without seeing a plan to fix it, so for me this is my last days.

Enhanced graphics is NOT compulsory for mobile devices. I play on mobile all the time and only use the old renderer. Go to the settings and toggle enhanced graphics off.
