On all 7 servers that i play, from the last 2 days i have see that when my troops are involved in a fight the red icon showing that is a fight occurind is no more visible. the units are showed like they have rifht o passage... if i scroll the mouse on them the clock of the fight is working, but... this is so confusing, i always think i have push the wrong button and not the attack one

If i'm correct the red attacking icon works only if you have the enhanced graphics turned on. Could it be that you disabled the enhanced graphics?
If I am not wrong, I read in another thread that Vorlon said they are working on it.

i still have the same problem... so it will be fixed or not?
Bugs are worked on and are packaged as a release / update. Generally there is a new release / update every two weeks. Unless a bug is critical it will simply be bundled with the next release, allowing all the parts of the next release to be tested.
Fixing bugs "live" which may or may not cause other issues to show up, and could potentially melt the servers down would be a very poor practice.
So I don't know if this bug will be fixed with the upcoming release, or if they need additional time to discover, repair, and test the solutions for it meaning it will be bundled in a future release.
