The new low graphics mode switch aren’t working.

Can you try accessing the game from your phone's browser to see if you have the same problem? Also, please submit a support ticket with the info about this bug.

Its fine in browser. It switches low graphics mode is working properly. But not in game.

I have sent a report in game but they’re yet to reply.

As expected. The reply is usually very useless. They want me to update the game even though i already told them that i already reinstalled. [#XHT-389164]

What now? I still cannot revert back to normal graphics. And yet another bug has risen. I cannot scroll down to selling section in market. I must say this game is awfully buggy.

Hi, certain devices are automatically flagged as "low-end", meaning they will receive the low graphics mode no matter what. This is to reduce crashes on older devices. If you use a newer device you will be able to switch freely. Sorry that I cannot give you a better answer.

Perhaps we will allow users to override this in the future at there own risk, but that functionality does not exist yet.
