The troops are cards now?

Cards?

Reason for the change is to present the information in a more orderly and clean way, and to also include additional information that was not shown before.

Depending on the zoom level different kinds of information is shown. When you zoom out as much as possible troops would overlap anyway and cant really be controlled properly anymore, so we fade them out in favor to show the political situation with only country borders and country names. On mid zoom levels we show the reduced labels to give an overview where armies are stationed. Even on this zoom level the unit images looked very pixelated and not good before, so it was a consequent decision to replace them with nato style strategic icons. On zoomed in levels unit images are still shown, together with detailed labels showing more army information than before.

Hope you get used to it and can appreciate the increased usability after a while. More improvements may follow in future updates.
