Time to build tac bombers change?
With lvl 5 industry in took 13 hours to build a tac bomber. Now it takes 15 hours to build a tac bomber?
Some of my industry with bomber in production still says it will take 13 hours to build a tac bomber but all new production says it will take 15 hours.

Nope it's not morale. All production provinces at 100%.

Speed of production has nothing to do with morale, but next to the level of industry it still makes a difference whether barracks are on or off. See the "i"nfo..

Damaged or under construction industry delays the production period accordingly.

Yup that was it, barracks were turned off. Learned something new today, thank you.

Having the barracks turned on is supposed to reduce unit production time by 25% per the barracks spec sheets, but more often it's more like a 10 or 12% reduction in unit production time. I have complained about this, and I have been told that this issue is "on the list."
Please note, however, that when your barracks are active, they consume additional food each day. When not producing units, barracks should usually be turned off.
