Town will not convert from enemy to mine

He's been there for hours... province is not converting

Try moving thru/beyond the center point to the far side (relative to where you entered the province) for about 10 minutes, then marching back to the center point.

air trucks cannot occupy provinces. But i don't know about the milita

Log off the game, clear browser cache, restart browser, log back on.

Same thing has been happening with me, and it attacked it first, then it passed it.

Do you have a scout unit nearby? I wonder if there's a neutral stealth army there preventing you from capturing.

Yeah, when both sides are stealth they don't start a fight but they don't conquer provs either. Work has been done on it (dev-wise) but it wasn't rooted out completely. You mentioned militia and TD's, they're both stealth. Send in a non-stealth unit and he will start a fight if anything is still there.

This was like 3 weeks ago, and no, it was nothing, my militia just refused to capture it, so my ally came by and captured it with no resistance.

This also happened with a tank, so it's not a stealth issue I think.

Thats a TD, it IS A STEALTH UNIT! It is passing over because there is probably another stealth unit there! You have no units to spot them.
