Trades not recorded

I just made a bunch of quick trades and when I went to the "Executed Orders" display, discovered that many of them have not been recorded - though the trades themselves appear to have executed correctly.

Update: This has happened on several occasions now. I sell a resource at a high price and then buy it back quickly at a lower price and the "Executed trades" window only records the sell order. Game 1083594.
