Trading Provinces

You can only give or receive one province trade a game day.

At one point there was consideration that you could not over the life of a game, trade more than 4 out or receive 4 in, but I am not sure that cap applies, or if it is a NET cap, so if I give 4 and receive 3 I am at a net of -1 towards a cap of -4.

This is just another one of the game rules that are not in the game rules as printed.
