Transports failed to upgrade.
Game 8274332. I have upgraded transport ships to level 3. Every convoy I have shows as level one, and moves at that speed. Frustrating.

No change. Sent a new unit out. Shows level one, speed 44. This is a brand new bug. Previous to last upgrade, convoys upgraded even while in motion. I use them a lot, play as a naval power.

Tried upgrading again to level 4 this time. No change. Level one.

I have same issue. Transports arent upgrading. Thought at first it was due to troops were already at sea when upgrade finished. But when I put new troops to sea the issue remained. Game #8314496
