treasure maps

Hi,

Okay, I am brand new. I get messages about treasure maps, and it wanting my email. I give it the email, but nothing ever comes through.

I also can't use the bug report in game (playing W10 with Edge browser if that helps). I just get a blank box pop up.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Change your email.

I recommend that you use Firefox and update Adobe Flash Player.

Don't forget that I had this problem too, @Maximilien. So it might be the system... I remember on the same thread that at least one other person had the same problem!

I have tried changing email a few times, with no success. Will give firefox a go as well though.

I tried firefox, and that at least lets me report bugs. Still no mail coming through though.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by a mistake? I've tried several email addresses, so I dont think it is spam filtering. None come through.

In relation to your treasure map issue, can you contact Call of Wars Support team so they can assist your further. The best way to do this is on via the main CoW site and scroll down to the footer (bottom) and press the support tab and fill out your report given a description of your issue. This way we can take it to the appropriate persons to assist you as soon as possible.

Also please do the same in relation to your bug reporting issue so we can assist as soon as possible.

Many thanks, I'll try that. I tried the in-game support using a different browser and that appeared to work, but I got no response.
