I am in game 5116186 on my laptop. I am going away for a few days and want to stay in the game. I try to sign in on my tablet and am told that the game is full, and I can't enter. I use the same username and password for both. Please help. My tablet says I have no games.
That is really weird. The mobile version should be almost the same as the PC one, game-wise. Are you sure it's the same account?

Could it be because I'm a Beta Client on my laptop?
Actually, almost certainly yes. I do think there are differences between the two games that make crossplay unattainable. Try to switch your PC back or iPad to beta. That should work.
I can't remember how I switched in the first place. Can you run me through it?
in settings on pc you should have "legacy client" or something like that. I attached the icon that you should look for.
