You have to complete the tutorial to do anything else.

Tutorial Bug (Frontline)
I joined game witch have rolled 6 days. i was doing the tutorial and when i was on the infantry produce. i had all ready 2 lvl infantry and i tried to produce it and it said '' This action is not possible during the current tutorial task''. i'm not sure if its the lvl 2 infantry but you get stuck on the tutorial.

Well the problem is that i can't complete the tutorial because i cannot make infantry because my infantry is lvl 2

Oh, I forgot you had to make infantry. Try another game that has been going on for a shorter period of time.
