There is a 25p game where I cannot accept any trade deals from Canada (I’m UK). He send it to me multiple times, and when I clicked accept, it showed the small box thing saying +30,000 oil and then beside it says refused. I checked but I didn’t receive any oil. I tried sending him a deal. It didn’t work either. I tried clicking refuse on purpose. Doesn’t work. I even deleted all the messages in our chat and made a new one with him but it still didn’t work. I can accept deals from other players on this game. Any ideas?

I am guessing he refused it before you can accept. Its kind of revoking offers. Ask him if he did that.

No, I’m sure he didn’t. We tried it at least 5 times, and I doubt he would have had perfect timing every time so that as soon as I click accept it says refuse.

Try an extremely small transaction to confirm.

Correct answer:
Trades that are not valid are marked as "refused"
So one person (or both) do not have the necessary item to be able to give.
Common mistakes are:
1) Setting it up in reverse
2) Trading for a relation like Right of Way while you are in a coalition and it is not permitted to change your relation
3) Player has used or sold some of the resource and the complete amount is no longer available.
4) An extra digit, where a player that has 3000 oil tries to give away 30000 oil.
