unable to get a game

I cannot sign onto a game because you have my rank as private , I have been playing this game for years I do not use this thread stuff or discord , all i want to do is play the game. I have written BYTRO but no response no customer service, no integrity. In other words your company cannot answer a simple question. it is getting tiresome to say the least. on any given day, I don't know if I have two stars or one stripe. And picking on the newbies just doesn't seem fair at this point.
