Unacceptable username
There are four players in this game whose username begins with "Slavenhandelaar" (the four are followed by Paul, Ruud, Jaap and Piet). Slavenhandelaar is the Dutch word (Nederlands) for "slave handler", which could also be interpretted as slave trader. Those in the game with two of those players all found those usernames to be offensive. I have already reported this through the game mechanism, and nothing was done. That in and of itself I found very disturbing. I wish to bring a higher level of attention to something I find terribly wrong and that should not exist in this game, and thus this post.

As indicated, that was the first thing I attempted. I got the standard reply "we have received and can not tell you what happens". I can tell by trying to write a community message that those usernames still exist. Would you suggest reporting it again through in game system?

I would then private message a community manager or higher about the situation

this reply does not mean that nothing was done. It means that we have taken action or asked above for advise of what action to take.FiveOclockCharlie wrote:

We have protocols and processes not visible by users, but please be assured we investigate all cases and take appropriate action where needed.
