Unauthorized gold resource buys
There is a glitch/bug that when entering Buy Market Orders, the window will disappear as you click "Add Buy Order" and 5000 fuel is bought for 2500 gold instead. This is now the SECOND TIME this has happened recently. Please don't comment that 5000 gold is only worth $2. I sometimes buy gold and want to use it correctly.
I have been told this was either fixed or is a known issue. I have been told that a "warning" message was supposed to be implemented to prevent it. Will a moderator PLEASE address this and not say "we don't refund gold purchases." Again, this was UNAUTHORIZED...I did not approve it and NEVER spend gold on resource buys. I had plenty of cash and there was fuel on the market as well.
I want my 2,500 to 5,000 gold back, period. I will leave an excess of 5,000 fuel in my game so you can reverse the purchase. Or just tell me to stop buying gold to support your game...let me know.

Thank you so much Sasri for attaching this. I hope mods/developers "re-fix" it and reimburse paying players for the problem. I reported it today immediately after it happened.VorlonFCW wrote:

No, each ticket is worked by a Game Operator, and each actually should end with a response to the player. Some might not get a response as quickly, if it is an actual bug, and it being directed upwards to the developers. Most bug reports are things that need to be explained to players. Like how to attack.
