I play this game at school with some of my friends and Me and someone else have been banned for multiaccounting it says that are accounts are connected and I can only assume it is because we use the same wifi. My account is madigana and my friend's account is lois griffin. It said that we should of recieved a warning neither one of us recieced on.We would appreciate it if you could take this in to consideration as I can assure you we do not cheat

The automated anti-cheat system will take notice when multiple accounts log in to the same game from the same location. For that reason ANYONE playing the same map from a school or other public network should only play games with the anti cheat feature turned off.
You will need to respond to the messages that you received. Those messages will have the "ticket number" included in order to reach the right person in the support department who is working your case. You may reply either from your own email or from the message system on the main page. EVEN if you are banned from your account you can still access the messages on the main page.

You can't speak for your friends. You can only speak for yourself.
Each player will have a message in their inbox to reply to. Those messages were also sent to the email address associated with the account. Reply to those.

Even when accounts are locked the message system on the main page is still accessible, and will be accessible. Have them reply there.

No they try to log in and it fails so they go to forgot password and put in their email and says that they’ve been banned

Creating new accounts to get around a ban is a violation as well.

Hey, do the same for my little brother! We can't play with the same house also at his school games are blocked so he pretty much can't play at all.
