i have problem in one of my games(1069033 - Turkey), where i have researched cruisers + i have all required buildings in province yet build button is still grey. If i click on information about that ship everything seems in tact, any ideas what could have caused this? + i am not sure if i paid the research or it appeared complete by itself, anyway i can't research it again.
Any suggestions ?

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this problem any more. I've checked your game and for me the cruiser was buildable in that province.
I will keep an eye on it, if I see it again, please also report if you face the same issue again.
