hi i thought unit cards change doctrine what ever country you play... but am playing tibet in hww and they are axis units
Why do you think unit cards changes doctrine ? Doctrines can't change,if you mean some countries have one doctrine on one map and a different doctrine on another,I believe it's to balance it out on certain maps for certain scenarios.
they usualy display different doctrine depending on countrie
Ok I misunderstood your question.I suppose it should be the same doctrine units as the doctrine you playing unless if you play a Con map for example Turkey will be Comintern so you would achieve Comintern unit cards but if you play a HWW map Turkey is Axis then you will achieve Axis unit cards
