I appreciate the effort being put into unit graphics, including country and level variations. Sadly, the graphics detract from the game rather than making it better. It's harder to see what's what. And some of the graphics have always been problematic, like the enormous rail gun. I would really appreciate a more standard set of icons that are easy to recognize. This would make the game more playable and thus more enjoyable.

A great place for this is Suggestions/Criticisms. Bug Reports is more for "I can't get into my game", or "I can't attack with my units".

"Can't tell what's what" is a moot point IMO because on the map you can only see one unit type from a stack anyway. On the army UI I think it's fairly easy to tell units apart after just a little bit of getting used to them (even light and medium tanks are different enough), and if you can't it's easy to just click on them. That's my experience.
