Unit Info Window Minimizes to Title Bar Upon Opening
Whenever I open the research window, or select a ground unit, and then click their info button, the info window opens, and then almost immediately minimizes to the title bar, showing the unit and its level. So far I've only seen this occur to tanks, infantry, and rockets, but I have yet to see it happen to naval and air units. I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome on Windows 8.1, and this problem started occurring less than a week ago.
To those who have this bug, this has already been reported and is on their bug list.

Bumping because I'm still experiencing this issue, hope the devs can get it fixed in the next update.
